We all know that it's rainy season. Most of the people enjoy this season by getting wet, roam around in the city on scooter, etc. But, it's pretty common that along with you, you gadgets like mobile phone, camera , laptop or whatever it may be get wet due to rains. And trust me, I know how it feel. So, I am going to share some simple steps with which you are supposed to do when your gadget gets wet,
without panicking.
1. Switch it off : Whatever the gadget maybe, mobile phone, laptop, camera, etc, the very first step you are supposed to make is switch it off & remove the battery.
2. Dismantle it : The next step is, take off all the detachable parts from the gadget like, sim card or memory card.
3. Shake it off : Any gadget isn't immune to the laws of physics. So, shake it & try to remove as much as water possible.
But remember, do it gently.
4. Wipe out : Wipe out the gadget dry using paper towels. Again you need to do it softly while wiping the bits with open circuit.
5. Blow to Dry : In this case, air is obviously helpful. But, don't put it under the fan in an open room, neither use the hair drier. Instead hold your wet gadget in the front of the vent of the air conditioner for few minutes.
